My classes (excl. 1:1 session) are offered as dana/donation. The tradition of dana in Buddhism means generosity and support, and works on the idea of reciprocity. It is given from the heart. You are invited to give an offering of dana that reflects the nourishment you feel you have received.  The suggested dana is £9/class, but please know that this is only a suggestion. I appreciate your support, which allows me to continue offering these classes each week.
